About this experience
Out of Florence by nine, into the Chianti hills, and back by early evening. Two estates — one large enough to have a proper cellar, one small enough that the owner pours.
Lunch is the centre of it: four courses on a terrace, cooked by the estate, with their own wine alongside each. It runs long on purpose.
