About this experience
Every bottle of port in the world aged in the cellars on the south bank of the Douro at Vila Nova de Gaia. The lodges are cool, dark, enormous and stacked with barrels that have been there longer than anyone working in them.
Two houses, a guided flight in each, and a walk across the Dom Luís bridge between them with the whole city in view.

The bridge
Meet on the Porto side and walk the upper deck across.
Lodge one
A large historic house — the cellars, the barrels and a four-port flight.
Lodge two
A smaller producer, with the vintage and the aged tawnies.
River terrace
A final glass looking back at the Ribeira.
