About this experience
Each guest works on their own miniature copper still. You taste your way through the botanicals first — juniper, coriander, orris, citrus peel, and the strange ones — then build a recipe and run it.
An hour later you bottle it, name it, label it and take it home. It is the most reliably popular thing on this list for a mixed group, because everybody gets a result.
