UK Brewery Tours
London Brewery Tour
Three working London breweries, a guide who knows every brewer on first-name terms, and a glass in your hand from the first stop to the last.
Lewes Brewery Tours
A Sussex market town, a Victorian tower brewery still working the way it was built to, and a tasting in the cellars underneath it.
Lewes has been brewing on the same site since the 1790s. The tower brewery still uses gravity to move the beer down through the building, floor by floor, exactly as designed — one of the few in the country where you can watch it happen.
The tour runs from the top of the tower to the cellars, finishing with a guided tasting and time to walk the town afterwards.
Meet at the brewery gates for a short history of the site and the family behind it.
Climb through the brewing floors and follow the beer down, stage by stage.
Into the cool rooms below for conditioning, casking and how it all gets to the pub.
Five-beer guided tasting in the sample room to close.
Over 18s only
Several flights of stairs — not step-free
Closed-toe shoes required in the brewhouse
Direct trains from London Victoria and Brighton
