About this experience
Barcelona's tapas culture is not on the Ramblas. It is in the neighbourhood bars in Gràcia and El Born, where the vermouth comes out of a barrel on the wall and the anchovies are worth crossing the city for.
Four bars, a dish and a drink at each, and a guide who orders in Catalan and knows which of the four is the one to come back to.
